Critical Note:If you are not using the email you used when you first registered, you can not use this process. You will need to re-register. Notify the Webmaster so the original account can be deleted. Also, do not allow your browser to autofill the username and/or password fields after you have reset your username or password. If you do, you will be trying to log in using invalid credentials.
- Click on the Login link at the top of the page. (A pop up window will open.)
- Click the "Forgot your username. What do I do?" link.
- The "Registration and Membership" page will open. A section below the "Helpful Registration Information" bar will ask you for your email address.
- Enter your email address.
- Press "Submit"
A pop up notification will let you know that a reminder email - "Reminder successfully sent. Please check your mail." - has been sent.
(Note: Make sure the website's emails have been approved to be sent to you. If you haven't received one, check your spam folder.) - Simultaneously, the content of the "Registration and Membership" page will change to include a login form.
- You will receive an email from the site with your username. A login link will return you to "Registration and Membership" page with the login form. Either use this link or the login form on the website.
You should be good-to-go.
