2010 Membership Application/Renewal
The Sailing Club Membership Application/Renewal is now online. Read the "Form Instructions", fill it out and click the "Submit" button. You will receive a confirmation email with the "Waiver of Liability". Then all you have to do is print the confirming email, sign the "Waiver of Liability", enclose it with your dues in an envelope addressed to Nancy Workman, SLSC Treasurer, and mail it.
Memberships must be renewed each year. Annual dues are $25.00 All members must sign the Waiver of Liability, as well.
(Note: Membership is limited to residents and lot owners in the Seven Lakes communities.)

MAIL YOUR CHECK AND "WAIVER OF LIABILITY" TO:

Form Instructions: At a minimum, all of the required fields, which are denoted by *, must be completed. If a required field does not apply, input "N/A".
Should you miss a required field you will be returned to this page with the specific field or fields annotated with red text requesting the required information. Otherwise, a "Thank You" page will open notifying you that your Application has been received.
Simultaneously, you will be sent a confirming email with the "Waiver of Liability" form.
If you are returned to the Application page or do not receive a confirming email, your Application was not sent because a required field was left blank. Scroll down the form; the incomplete information will be noted by red text requesting the necessary information. Fill in that field and click the "Submit" button, again.
