Welcome to the Seven Lakes Sailing Club
After you submitted your Registration form, you should have been redirected to the Registration and Waiver page, which has a printable waiver at the bottom. If you have not completed and mailed it to the Treasurer by now. Please do so because neither you or your will be allowed to participate in Club activities until you do. For your convenience, the Waiver is repeated below.
Your registration will be reviewed, and once the dues and the Waiver form have been received, your membership will be formally activated. If you have any questions about editing your profile or adding a "Buy or Sale" item, check out our FAQ section or contact the Webmaster.
If you have not already done so, print this page, cut along the dotted line, and mail the Disclaimer of Liability and your check for the annual dues to: Ms. Nancy Workman, 3420 Seven Lakes West, West End, NC 27376. All members must send the signed waiver to the Treasurer with their Annual Dues.

Disclaimer of Liability:
By joining or being a member of the Seven Lakes Sailing Club (hereafter referred to as “club”) and by participating in any of its sailing, boating swimming and/or social events or activities, or by otherwise enjoying the benefits of membership (collectively hereinafter called “participation”), and by signing below, you (meaning all of those signing below) agree that neither the club nor any of its directors, officers, members or volunteers shall be liable to you (and/or to a member of your family who is a minor) for any harm to you and/or your family as aforesaid (including any damages or expenses and including injury or death to you and/or a family member as foresaid) arising from such participation. You and/or your family, as foresaid, agree that this disclaimer of liability shall be effective even if the club or its directors, officers, members or volunteers are negligent, in whole or in part, in performing or failing to perform, in whole or in part, any of its duties to you and/or your family, as aforesaid. This disclaimer shall remain in full force and effect for as long as you and/or your family are members of the club and thereafter for any of said harm arising while you and/or your family, as foresaid, were members of the club.
